Go Make Disciples

Matthew 28:19-20  "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Camp is always a balance of fun and games and learning about the bible. Most people have memories from camp that include the fun times and those that were life changing.  Different teachers have had their favorite places to do the discipleship teaching but most of them include being in a unique environment that puts people in touch with creation and Camp is full of those places.

Are you wanting to be one of our teachers? Could this shelter be your place of disciple making? If not where?

"Who will Go?"

We are all called to Go, but where are you called to go? Where are your disciples waiting for you?  Before you walk away from this shelter take some time to circle the benches of the fire ring 6 times clockwise and one time counterclockwise and declare "I will Go," symbolically letting God tear down the walls that are keeping you from going where you feel called to go.

Near another shelter is where Napolean defeated himself when he got down to the end of the rope and the ball hit the pole all while saying "Yes!, Yes!, Yes!"
