Be Devoted

Blessed is the one
    who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
    or sit in the company of mockers,
but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
    and who meditates on his law, day and night.

Campers and Staff alike all need to devote themselves to putting Jesus first in their lives.  Time is given to both: do cabin devotions where campers can share more intimately the things they are learning at camp; and given time to be alone doing a quiet time alone with God and His word.

Do you read daily? Not sure what to read? Read a Psalms that matches the date of that day.  Today is the 15th, Read Psalms 15 add 30 to that and also read Psalms 45, and 75, and 105, and 135.

Daily Prayer

Pray is as simple as P: Praise the Lord; R: make yourself Right with God; A: pray for Another; and Y: let God know Your needs. Structure your prayers as David did in the Psalms take one of the daily Psalms and turn it into your prayer today.
