Earlier this summer, as we followed the progression of the coronavirus pandemic with prayer and mindfulness, we carefully considered what our summer would look like. We evaluated our programs in light of the CDC guidelines and the guidelines & safety recommendations of the American Camp Association. We considered options including smaller group sizes and day camps with outdoor-only activities in order to meet social distancing requirements. However, in light of all the knowns and unknowns surrounding Covid-19, we made the difficult decision to shift our programs to an online and at-home experience. This decision was made based on a priority for the safety of our campers, leaders, and camp families. This means that we will not have our traditional in-person summer camp programs on our property, but it does not mean we are canceling summer camp. We are working hard to develop creative online programming that will provide opportunities for our campers to gather together for Bible Study, games, & friendship and we hope we see lots of familiar faces and many new ones as well as we gather online for REMIX 2020.

REMIX 2020 will include 3 days of 3 live online group activity sessions (through Zoom) each day and a kit full of camp items and activities that can be done at home with family and friends. Although we cannot recreate the full camp experience online, we will be doing interactive games, small group activities and discussions, as well as Bible study and worship. Our leaders will guide the activities in a way that engages our campers and helps them to develop and strengthen their faith and friendships. REGISTRATION FEE: $100/camper
(PLEASE NOTE: Even if your camper is unable to join us online, you can still register to receive the kit of camp items and activities that will be worth the cost of the registration fee.)

Frequently Asked Questions:
WHAT WILL THE ONLINE SESSIONS BE LIKE?
The online sessions will be designed to help our campers build and strengthen friendships with other campers and grow in their faith. All sessions will be live and interactive. Sessions will include Bible Study, games, get to know you activities, and an opportunity to learn a sign language song or participate in Bible Drills. High School Remix will also include a focus on serving or encouraging others.
WHAT KINDS OF ITEMS WILL BE IN THE KIT OF SUPPLIES?
Every registered camper will receive a Camp Backpack full of fun items including a journal, a friendship bracelet kit, a headlamp/flashlight, a voucher for a Family Play Space reservation (worth $30), activities that can be enjoyed with family and friends, and more!
WILL CAMPERS BE ABLE TO TALK AND SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS AND STORIES?
YES! We value the interaction between our campers and our leaders and there will be plenty of opportunity for campers to share their thoughts and their stories. In fact, we will have activities that focus on just that.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE ONLINE SESSIONS?
As this programming option is new to all of us, we are still working out the details. In general, there will be a morning session around 9 or 10am, an afternoon session around 3 or 4pm and an evening session around 7 or 8pm. These times are just estimates at this point but we will send a specific schedule the week before REMIX.
WHAT IF MY CHILD CAN'T MAKE ALL OF THE ONLINE SESSIONS?
Campers will be encouraged to be a part of each session but we understand that may not be possible for everyone. We will welcome as much involvement as each camper is able to give.
